1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tradefront, a website building service provided by Insignal Media. "Tradefront" is a trading name, not a registered company. By creating a site or account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Tradefront allows you to generate a single-page website for your trade business using information you provide. Your website is hosted on a subdomain of tradefront.online (e.g. joesplumbing.tradefront.online). You may also connect a custom domain as an optional add-on.

3. Free trial and subscription

Your site is free for the first 30 days. No payment card is required to get started. After your trial period:

• ·A subscription of £29/month is required to keep your site live
• ·If you choose not to subscribe, your site will be taken offline
• ·Your account and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
• ·You can reactivate at any time by subscribing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content on your website. By using Tradefront, you confirm that:

• ·You are authorised to create a website for the business you have described
• ·The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• ·You will not use Tradefront to impersonate another person or business
• ·You will not use Tradefront for any unlawful purpose
• ·Any qualifications, certifications, or accreditations you add to your site are genuine and current
• ·You own or have the right to use any images you upload to your site

5. AI-generated content

Your website content is generated using AI based on the information you provide. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we cannot guarantee that all generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You should review your site after generation and use your dashboard to correct anything that does not accurately represent your business.

6. Photography

Stock photography used in generated sites is sourced from Pexels and licensed for commercial use under the Pexels licence. Photos may not perfectly represent your specific business or work. You can replace any photo with your own images via your dashboard.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business information and images you provide. Tradefront retains ownership of the platform, templates, and generated site structure. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use your generated website for the duration of your active subscription.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use Tradefront to create websites for businesses that:

• ·Are not genuine UK trade businesses
• ·Impersonate or infringe the rights of other businesses or individuals
• ·Promote illegal goods or services
• ·Contain harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content

We reserve the right to remove any site that breaches these terms without notice or refund.

9. Limitation of liability

Tradefront is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that your site will generate any specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insignal Media's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing info@insignalmedia.co.uk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
